Dr. Grant Petersen
Dr. Petersen is a 2012 graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry; NYU College of Dentistry is a leader in dental education, dental academia, research and patient care. While attending NYU he worked with the largest, most diverse patient base in America and gained extensive clinical and patient experience.
Following graduation, he completed an Advanced General Dentistry residency program at Fort Sill, Oklahoma where he was privileged to work intimately with specialist in nearly every aspect of dentistry, while serving his fellow soldiers. During this time, he received the Army Achievement Medal and the Army Commendation Medal.
Dr. Petersen has been trained and enjoys many diverse aspects of dentistry; specifically, the simplicity and comfort of CAD/CAM dentistry, the ability to customize esthetics chair side, where patients leave the appointment with the final restoration; no longer needing a temporary or provisional prosthesis. He has also received advanced training in Oral Surgery, Endodontic, Periodontal and limited Orthodontics. He believes in the importance of delivering caring and gentle dentistry, and has been trained in different forms of sedation to maintain optimal patient comfort.
Dr. Petersen, a native of Colorado, is excited to be back in the state with his wife Aleisha to raise their four active children. He thoroughly enjoys family dentistry for all ages and understands the ease of having all family dental needs accomplished at one family-oriented clinic.
Dr. Petersen is committed to learning the newest and most effective dental techniques to provide the best care possible for his patients. He is an active member of the American Dental Associate, Academy of General Dentistry and Colorado Dental Association. He strives to provide a stress-free, comfortable experience for all of his patients.
